The room was spotless. I got a smoking room but did not smell at all. I have stayed at higher end motels that do not compare to this one.
Simply the basics, but very clean!!!! Spent 2 night here on a hunting trip, so I didn't spend a LOT of time at motel. However, the room was very clean, had everything I needed, and the staff was very friendly. If all you're needing is a good, clean, comfortable place to stay/sleep/shower, then I would definitely recommend this place. Other reviews say it doesn't look like much from the outside, and they're right. It looks straight out of the 50's, but it is in good shape. It DOES NOT look like it is run down, falling apart, bug infested. Just dated on the outside. It has fresh paint, and outside looks good and clean. The rooms are kinda small, but have been recently updated. Flat screen TV, fridge, microwave, and clean comfortable beds. Looked my room over very well, and didn't find trash or anything that suggests bad housekeeping. Even under the bed and behind the furniture, was clean! Very impressed for such a little motel. Would definitely recommend and will be back!
Very clean, comfortable room & bed. Staff was very nice & gave my accomplice & I the wifi password with no trouble!! Will definitely stay here again if needed!
Stayed here last night, I was very happy with it, even gad a little overhang for my motorcycle. This is definitely on my list of "will stay there in the future" motels. I like these kinds of motels. Sadly, they are going away. They are being pushed out by the big chains. I always support them.
Very clean room. Seemed to be recently updated. The pictures don't do it justice. Staff was friendly. Great stay for a quick work trip.
If I could find fault I would most definitely put it out there but I gotta say I have slept so good here im not gonna wanna leave. Its quiet and clean and the staff is frendly and helpful. They have one of the best laundry facilities and ice machines of any place I have stayed. The weekly rate was less then other hotels and I promise you cleaner and more quite then the competition. I give the Budget Inn a solid 3.75 stars out of 5. If anyone has a problem here its cause ya'll did something bad. Well done Budget Inn.

Got a flat at 11pm, this was the closest place to the tire shop for the morning. Front desk was super nice and quick to help! The rooms are actually cute, I can dig it. I'd come back!!
